Refund policy

We think you’re going to love our products. On the outside chance we missed the mark, we will gladly accept a return from the original purchaser within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unworn, in its original unaltered condition, in original packaging with any tags and stickers still attached.

You should initiate the return by emailing us at returns@pakodesigns.com for a return authorization number (RA#). Once you receive the return authorization number, you can return the item. Return shipping will be your responsibility. A copy of the invoice, including the purchaser’s name, address, phone number, and reason for the return, should be included with the return package.

After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Products that have been modified, used (soiled), or damaged will not be accepted for return. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
